  • 1 pint strawberries washed, hulled and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • handful of finely-chopped fresh cilantro, loosely-packed
  • juice of 1 lime
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to large bowl and toss to combine well. Serve immediately.

  2. Note: This does not keep well so eat it all up the same day!
