Pickled Asparagus Hors D'Oeuvres
1 jar of pickled Barrie Hill Farm asparagus
6 tbsp light cream cheese
6 slices black forest ham
6 small soft tortilla shells
Approximately 30 toothpicks with coloured ends
Place the tortilla shells flat on a counter top.
Spread 1 tbsp of light cream cheese on each shell.
Place one slice of black forest ham on top of cream cheese.
On the edge of tortilla shell place one Barrie Hill Farms pickled asparagus spear, and roll the shell into a cylinder.
Cut the cylinder into 1" sections, and hold together with a coloured toothpick.
Display the hors d'oeuvres on a serving platter and chill until it is time to serve.
